#PrinsLoo7s

This tournament is named in honour of Pete Walter Prinsloo, a rugby fanatic of South African origin from Nakuru who revamped the game in Nakuru in the 80s. He died from diabetes complications but not before losing two limbs and facing several other complications. He had to go around in a wheelchair but this did not stop his enthusiasm and love for the game. This year's event is the fourth edition in honour of his efforts and following a very successful premier in October 2007, there should be a lot of fireworks as the NSC engages into second gear with the Prinsloo Sevens. THE LIPALA DANCE

So everyone is on that Lipala Dance,  ok if you don't know what we talking about then you are probably from Mars or you watch to much of sports am i right saying this, anyway. When we last heard from Kenya's Sauti Sol, the afropop quartet had abandoned all inhibitions for their sensual "Nishike" video. Despite coming under fire for the visuals, which were perceived to have crossed some arbitrary moral line (Yeah Right) the group continue to champion creative freedom of expression in the euphoric video for their latest banger "Sura Yako" (Swahili for "your face")

Everyone has been "LIPALAing" from Radio personalities like Adelle Onyango, Shaffie etc the dance is one you should learn and fast. So after watching some videos on YouTube and Social Platforms, we Plus254 want to see how best you can do it. Hit us up Tag Us on our Twitter handle @Plus254Kenya or facebook Plus254Kenya and lets see what you got. Get your landlord, pips anyone and lets Lipala to Sura Yako

ROBIN WILLIAM R.I.P

Robin Williams was a brilliant actor and comedian who could go from light to dark in the blink of an eye. Apparently the darkness took over, as Williams was found dead from an apparent suicide at noon on Monday.

Williams touched every generation and demographic, making his entrance in a 1970s comic generation with Steve Martin, John Belushi, Dan Aykroyd and Billy Crystal. He went on to become the alien Mork from Ork in his breakout hit '70s sitcom. He was also the voice of the genie in "Aladdin" and a hyper disc jockey in "Good Morning Vietnam." In "Mrs. Doubtfire," he played a dad who dressed as a woman to see his kids, and in "Birdcage," he played a gay man. He was an English teacher in "Dead Poets Society," a scientist in "Awakenings" and a prisoner of war in "Jakob the Liar."

He was amazing. As Obama said " One of a kind"

Word that he had likely killed himself Monday at his San Francisco Bay Area home left friends in the Hollywood community grief-stricken. "Robin was a lightning storm of comic genius and our laughter was the thunder that sustained him. He was a pal and I can't believe he's gone," said director Steven Spielberg.

In addition to his wife, Susan Schneider, Williams is survived by his three children: daughter Zelda, 25; and sons Zachary, 31, and Cody, 22.

SALUTE HIM "OCTOPUZZO"

Octopizzo is definitely here for the rap crown, he's going for it and you need to salute him or in other words acknowledge him! In his new jam "Salute Me" he mentions the likes of Davido, Wizkid,Jay Z, Nas and he went all the way to Germany to make that point. BOSS

In this new jam Octopizzo features one of Africa's rap phenomenon M.I who comes in and ignites the entire song! this fast paced "trap music" reminiscent jam is what the doctor ordered for our entertainment scene and definitely the video had to be superb. If you doubt us check out the video below
